Planning and Construction

We recognise that very rarely is the investment in a planning and construction project simply about the asset. As such we take an integrated approach to compliance and communications to build coalitions of support to maximise approval at first submission.

H/Advisors APA has extensive experience in state significant urban renewal and master planning, infrastructure, remediation and place-making projects, including in high-profile environments with active and vocal community and stakeholder opposition.

The traditional communications approach is to treat the planning process and its required consultation as separate to key stakeholder communications. But, in our view there must be one narrative for all stakeholders and this must extend beyond the ‘what’ to the ‘why’, ‘how’ and ‘benefit’ of the project. It must be executed genuinely and uniformly in a manner which grows coalitions of support around the project.

Our communications services include message development and issues management linked to strategic consultation with stakeholders - both internal and external.
