In 1898, members of the Adventist Church purchased an orchard on Fox Valley Road at Wahroonga to establish a health retreat and health worker training institution. Nearly 125 years later that dream is being realised on a scale way beyond their wildest dreams.

The site is home to Sydney Adventist Hospital, Wahroonga Adventist School and a Seventh-day Adventist Church – it remains the heart of the Church community on the North Shore.

With the approval of a State Significant masterplan in 2010, the old orchard will come to include a relocated and expanded school, a new medical clinic and controversial residential housing.

H/Advisors APA has provided communications advice and support around planning, design and construction and continues to assist Wahroonga Adventist School with communication for the opening of new facilities.
