Infrastructure NSW is leading the relocation of some Western Sydney Local Health District staff to create space for a new Western Sydney Startup Hub in Parramatta.

Staff will move to refurbished workspaces that meet contemporary health service design and building standards.

H/Advisors APA assisted by ensuring staff were consulted and supported to ensure the new workspaces meet their functional requirements and that the move is as smooth as possible. Change management communication was rolled out to secure buy-in from the outset and assist staff in adapting to a new way of working. 

Stakeholders were assured that mental health services will not be affected by the relocation, and that the Startup Hub will be able to function safely within the hospital environment.
