Justin has 30 years of experience working with Ministries, Departments and Industry Bodies to achieve 'common sense' positive policy outcomes across Regulation, Trade, Investment and Manufacturing.

He led Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement at Swisse Wellness including core programs such as coordinating Industry-wide policy positions on Regulatory Policy, Trade, Investment, Marketing and Advertising.

In this time he also created and executed the sustainability program, and the 5 year scientific partnership program with CSIRO. He successfully led the sectors response to the MMDR review by the TGA with the CEO of Blackmores. He also led the inter Industry working groups on China's supplements regulation evolution, and on changing the cosmetics animal testing regimes.

Prior to that, Justin was Political and Consumer Affairs Director at Complementary Medicines Australia leading a full repositioning of the Industry and creating the first database / Industry Audit from which to achieve that reframing.

Justin’s background was as GM International Business in Victoria's Department of Industry, Innovation and Regional Development.

He heads H/Advisors APA’s Melbourne office and team and works on client matters in Victoria and across Australia.
