Jody Connor is a community engagement specialist with more than 25 years of experience on major infrastructure and service reform projects across the transport, planning, development, water and nuclear industries.
For the past decade, Jody has worked as an engagement strategist to government and the private sector, helping to build stakeholder relationships around complex urban renewal questions such as state significant developments and major site remediation programs.
Jody has led multi-disciplinary teams to work with communities and stakeholders around significant strategic questions for the government and private sectors; and has a strong track record of building honest and meaningful stakeholder relationships.
As a member of the International Association of Public Participation, Jody uses its spectrum of public involvement to identify the appropriate level of engagement in decision‐making. Her strategies are always stakeholder‐centric, with engagement activities and communication materials catering to specific stakeholder segments and their needs.
She is passionate about an evidence-based approach, providing clients with stakeholder inputs that make sense to the business and add value to decision-making.
