As a journalist turned political and corporate media advisor, Jack has extensive experience in message formation, multichannel content development and media placement.

The first eight years of his career were spent with 7 News in Sydney where he worked his way from field producer to senior producer, with responsibilities ranging from content production Sunrise and Morning News to managing the line-up for the flagship 6pm news bulletin. 

Later, as advisor to the NSW Minister for Emergency Services and Resilience, and the Minister for Flood Recovery, Jack lead communications for the NSW Government’s $6-billion response to the major flood events in 2022 including overseeing external communications from seven emergency service agencies. On a day-to-day basis, he drove the media strategy and placement of proactive stories for the Minister, and assisted with the management of incidents and issues. 

Most recently, he has served as a Corporate Communications Lead at Ausgrid where he led the development of company-wide communications on a corporate restructure, produced company-wide broadcasts to staff and led the production of video content.
